Registrations are now open for the Variable Charge Soil Conference 2026. On this page you’ll find all the information you need, from package fees, to early-bird and group discounts and more.

 

The Variable Charge Soil Conference 2026 is open only to registered participants. All registration fees are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

Please read the information on this website carefully before completing your registration.

Each person attending the conference needs to complete their own registration and provide payment details to the Conference Secretariat. Once details have been received, registrations will be confirmed within 7 days of completion of the form.

VIRTUAL REGISTRATION

To ensure the 2026 Variable Charge Soil Conference is accessible to a broad audience, a virtual attendance option will be offered for delegates who are located overseas, based in Western Australia, or are students and others who are restricted by travel.

This option has been designed to support participants facing challenges such as visa limitations, travel costs, and accessibility constraints, while still enabling meaningful engagement with the conference program.

Virtual Registration will be available soon and will be priced at AU$300.

NOTES ON REGISTRATION

Registration Fees are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST

The full registration fee includes:

  • All conference sessions
  • Conference materials including name badge, satchel and conference handbook
  • Day Catering (Wednesday 4, Thursday 5 & Friday 6 March)
  • Welcome Reception (Tuesday 3 March)

Attendance at the Conference Dinner is not included in the registration fee and will incur an additional charge for all participants.

INCLUDED IN YOUR REGISTRATION

The day registration fee includes:

  • All conference sessions, catering and support materials on the nominated day – Wednesday 4 or Thursday 5 March 2026.

Tickets to the Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner are not included in day registrations and will be at an additional cost.
